Love Long Beach Festival will feature over 80 various vendors including face painting, massage, clothing, jewelry, henna, CBD, crystals, and more. Over 20 food trucks and food vendors including various cuisines, plant-based, organic and vegan options.

How long do I have to be open?  
Non-food vendors can close at sunset. Food vendors have to stay open until 10pm.

 

When is setup and breakdown?
Setup is Friday. Breakdown is Sunday after security clears all guests.

What are the event hours?
Love Long Beach Festival will have new hours for 2025. We will open the gates at 2:00pm and close at 10:00pm.

 

Is there parking so I can restock my booth?
Vendor parking is assigned and we have two lots, with our closest lot booked first come, first served.  You can arrive early (we do not open until 2:00pm) and coordinate your restocking with the vendor coordinator. All vendor parking is assigned, and each vendor gets one spot, except for Food Trucks and Exhibitors.

 

Can I pick the placement of my booth?
No, but if you want to be on the main walkway (Love Lane) it's an extra $80 per 10' x 10' space (limited availability).

What is Love Lane?
This is the upper walkway where we have multiple stages and bars with a higher traffic flow.

 

How do I get in and out of the event during the day?
Vendors have a designated entrance and are provided special wristbands.

 

What are the requirements to vend?
A Long Beach special event permit, board of health permit, seller's permit and current insurance.

 

When is payment due?
To be an accepted vendor, we need a completed application, requirement form signed and initialed, and full payment. Full payment is made with your credit card online during the application process, or you can mail in a check with a copy of the completed application, unless other arrangements are made with the vendor coordinator.

 

Is there security at the event?
We have 24 hour security for the event and the gates are closed overnight.

 

Can we camp overnight?
No overnight camping is allowed per city regulations.

 

How many guests attend the festival?
Approximately 10,000

 

Can I drive on site to set up my booth?
Yes, only after you check in at the vendor booth.

 

Can we bring our own food and beverage?
Yes but no alcohol can be brought in.

 

How many total vendors are there?
There are around 80 vendors total
