I am an EFT tapping and Holy Fire Reiki Master, who always knew I was meant to empower others to heal themselves. Since the age of 5 I knew I was meant to heal others and through my own process of the traditional route, I discovered that the more holistic methods give us back our power. In 2017, I had a pivotal moment in my life that catapulted me into what many consider a "spiritual awakening". Since then I have made it my mission to learn as much as I can about the body, mind and spirit and how it is connected, to bring true healing. I discovered that the root of most diseases was emotions, stuck in the body and unprocessed. In which tools like tapping and reiki help one MOVE. Now I am here to share these very tools with the world.
